    TDP loyalists continue to protest after being denied tickets in second list

    In Vijayawada, the TDP announced its second list of candidates on Thursday, which caused discontent among senior party leaders who were denied tickets. In another instance, TDP cadres from Puttaparthi protested in front of Chandrababu Naidu’s residence in Vijayawada after a ticket was given to Palle Raghunatha Reddy’s daughter-in-law.

    The protesters demanded that tickets be allocated to backward classes and expressed feeling cheated for the last 30 years. In Penamuluru, followers of Bode Prasad also expressed resentment after he was denied a ticket. They had been loyal to the party for 40 years and felt dishonored.

    Overall, the announcement of the second list of candidates by the TDP has led to protests and dissatisfaction among various party members across different constituencies.
