The accused were Mutha Kishore Kumar (58), Muslam Raju (39), and Ireni Ramesh Goud (30). A case was registered under the NDPS Act, and the shop’s license holder, Bolisetty Avinash, is on the run.

Kishore Kumar operated the shop in Rasoolpura without proper qualifications and sold drugs without prescriptions at high prices with the help of Muslam Raju. Ramesh Goud supplied narcotics to Kishore Kumar through duplicate bills.

The police confiscated various drugs worth Rs 45,000 from the shop, including cough syrup, injections, and tablets.
