    Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy had a meeting with the High Power Committee on police department recruitment. The CM and other top officials discussed the possibility of cancelling GO number 46 in police recruitment. Revanth plans to give job letters to 15,000 police constables soon. They also talked about the process of sending recruitment letters for a few jobs. The CM asked for advice from the Advocate General on the recruitment process.

    Those present at the meeting were IT Minister D Sridhar Babu, Advocate General Sudarshan Reddy, Additional Advocate General Ranjith Reddy, Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari, Principal Secretary Seshadri, Intelligence Chief Shivdhar Reddy, and TSLPRB Chairman Srinivasa Rao.
