The chairman and managing director of TSSPDCL, Musharraf Ali Faruqui, has instructed officials to prepare for high electricity demand during the upcoming summer season and Rabi peak season. He conducted a review meeting with senior officials and emphasized the importance of avoiding unscheduled power outages and resolving any outages promptly. Customer complaints should be addressed immediately, and energy audits of all 11 KV feeders should be conducted. Accurate billing and the prevention of unauthorized electricity usage are also priorities.

Plans should be made to complete maintenance work on 11 KV and 33 KV feeders and sub-stations in a shorter time frame. In the event of power interruptions, appropriate measures should be taken. To keep consumers informed, details of maintenance and repair areas as well as power cut schedules should be communicated one day in advance through messages or regional newspapers. The completion of maintenance work is crucial as there may be a temperature rise from February 20.
