The All India Industrial Exhibition, also known as Numaish, is a popular event in Hyderabad. It started on January 1 and will go on until February 15. On the first weekend, many people visited the exhibition grounds, even though the stalls were still being set up.
People enjoyed the food and games at Numaish. They also liked seeing the giant wheel and other fun activities. For Hyderabadis and people from Telangana, Numaish is a place to have fun, relax, shop, and be entertained. Some people come to Numaish every year because they enjoy the experience.
There are about 2,500 stalls at Numaish, with traders from all over the country selling different things like crockery, bedding, electronics, and more. They also sell special items like Lucknowi chikankari clothes, Kashmiri dry fruits and saffron, handlooms, wooden handicrafts, South Indian snacks, North Indian food, and carpets.
The organizers expect around 2.5 million people to visit Numaish this year. They have made more pathways to make it easier for people to move around. Last year, over 2.3 million people visited Numaish. People usually spend their whole day at the event because it is entertaining and vibrant. It is like a shopping festival with entertainment.
The crowds are bigger on weekends and public holidays. The TSRTC and Hyderabad Metro Rail are providing special services to help people get to Numaish.
