Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar has requested Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to address the concerns of the displaced population from the Mid-Maneru project. In a letter to the chief minister, Kumar appreciated the discussion of the issue in the State Assembly. He urged the government to provide Rs 5.04 lakh as compensation to each affected family. Kumar also called for the establishment of an industrial corridor and a Skill Development College. Additionally, he demanded strict action against Rajya Sabha MP Santosh Rao and the family members of the former Chief Minister for taking compensation meant for the displaced population. Kumar urged the chief minister to organize a meeting with ministry officials, local representatives, and community members to discuss the issue. He emphasized the need for the government to work in line with the spirit of the sacrifices made for the creation of a separate Telangana.
