Former minister and BJP leader, Etala Rajender, expressed that his defeat in the Gajwel constituency during the Telangana assembly elections has only strengthened his determination. He recently held a meeting with the workers from the Gajwel Constituency, where he made interesting remarks regarding his loss. Rajender alleged that former CM KCR won by distributing money and liquor in Gajwel.

Rajender mentioned that despite his loss, he received a significant number of votes in a short period of time, which he believes morally signifies a win for the BJP in Gajwel. He criticized KCR, stating that he is not a leader who values the opinions of the people. Rajender further accused KCR of purchasing local leaders for a large sum of money to secure his victory in Gajwel. He emphasized that he has never experienced defeat since his days as a student.

Despite his defeat, Rajender stated that the setback in Gajwel has only made him more resilient. It is important to note that Etela Rajender contested in two different constituencies during the recent Telangana Assembly elections and was unsuccessful in both. In addition to losing to former CM KCR in Gajwel, Rajender was also defeated by BRS candidate Padi Kaushik Reddy in Huzurabad.
