    Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy is going to visit former Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, who recently had hip replacement surgery. Minister Ponnam Prabhakar went to Yashoda Hospital ahead of Revanth’s visit. Since KCR is recovering after surgery, on the advice of doctors, Ponnam met with K T Rama Rao and nephew T Harish Rao. Later, he spoke to doctors to know KCR’s health condition.

    Prabhakar said he visited KCR because he had undergone surgery. He mentioned that KCR is a leader who led the separate Telangana agitation, and as a fellow agitationist and out of humanitarian considerations, he came to call on him. He clarified that there are no politics involved in this visit.

    It should be noted that the Chief Minister had previously instructed the Health Secretary to meet KCR and ensure the best treatment for him, as well as regularly monitor his health condition. The CM has been receiving regular updates on KCR’s health.
