In preparation for the upcoming Assembly elections, officials in Rajanna Sircilla have made arrangements to ensure smooth vote counting. The counting venue for Sircilla and Vemulawada constituencies will be the Social Welfare Gurukul School in Baddenapalli village, Tangallapally mandal. Counting will start at 8 am on December 3 and results are expected to be announced later that evening.

To make counting efficient, separate centers have been set up within the school for Sircilla and Vemulawada constituencies. Each constituency will have 14+1 tables. The counting process will begin with postal ballots. Vemulawada assembly constituency will have three tables for postal ballot counting, while Sircilla Assembly Constituency will have four tables.

A dedicated team, consisting of a Counting Supervisor, Counting Assistant, and a Micro Observer, will work at each counting table. It is estimated that it will take 21 rounds to count the EVM votes for Sircilla Assembly Constituency and 19 rounds for Vemulawada Assembly Constituency.

Security has been increased at the strong rooms where the EVMs are stored. Local police, armed reserve, and central forces have been deployed to ensure the safety of the premises. Only authorized individuals are allowed access to the strong rooms, and there is round-the-clock surveillance and heightened security measures in place.
