    The Election Officer and Collector of Karimnagar District, Pamela Satpathy, announced that there will be a silence period from 5 pm on Tuesday until 5 pm on November 30th due to the Telangana General Elections. During this time, there will be a ban on sending objectionable, political, and bulk SMS.

    The Election Commission has ordered the suspension of political SMS broadcasts for 48 hours before the assembly elections.

    In the meantime, the state election officer Vikas Raj emphasized the need for armed arrangements during polling in the district. A video conference was held to discuss the election arrangements in Karimnagar, including participation from the Chief Election Officers and District Election Officer Pamela Satpathy.
