Husnabad Congress candidate Ponnam Prabhakar campaigned in Akkannapet mandal on Saturday. He stated that if the Congress party comes to power in the State, an additional Rs 5,000 will be deposited into the account of Rythu Bandhu beneficiaries, along with the current amount.

During his campaign, Prabhakar demanded that the BRS government, which has obtained permission for the release of Rythu Bandhu’s cash, should also obtain permission for the release of BC Bandhu, Dalit Bandhu, Minority Bandhu, and Tribal Bandhu. He emphasized that the poor have spent a significant amount of money and waited for the Griha Lakshmi scheme, so permission should also be obtained for this scheme to benefit the poor.
