Former minister and Congress leader Tummala Nageswara Rao expressed his gratitude to the late NTR for giving him and former MP Renuka Chaudhary a political platform. He mentioned that they have been in public service for a long time with NTR’s blessings. Rao recalled that NTR had given him the opportunity to stand against Vengalarao’s family for the first time.

Rao attended a meeting called Aatmeeya Sammelanam, organized by the villagers of Balpala in Kuravi mandal. During his speech, he thanked the villagers of Balpala for their continuous support throughout his political career.

Rao proudly claimed that he has always practiced respectable politics in the district, known for its left-wing fighters. He emphasized that his four-decade-long political journey has been solely driven by public interest. Rao also highlighted the extreme levels of corruption in the Khammam constituency caused by the BRS party. He urged the voters to use their power by voting for the Congress party in order to bring an end to these corrupt practices.
