The Andhra Pradesh Government is partnering with the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU) to provide training in foreign languages to students and skilled individuals. A delegation led by Principal Secretary S Suresh Kumar visited the EFLU campus to discuss collaboration and create a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The vice chancellor of EFLU expressed their readiness to offer training in languages like German, French, Spanish, Korean, and Japanese to those interested in working abroad. This collaboration aims to provide better employment opportunities for students and skilled individuals.
Principal Secretary Suresh Kumar highlighted the state government’s interest in establishing a long-term partnership with EFLU to offer foreign language training courses. He emphasized the importance of foreign language training in accessing global opportunities and positioning India as a hub for skilled workforce.
Suresh Kumar also mentioned the urgent need for healthcare workers who possess knowledge of the German language in countries like Germany. During the visit, senior officials from the education department accompanied the Principal Secretary.
