The district administration in Wanaparthy is prepared for the nominations process starting on Friday. District Collector Tejas Nandalal Pawar and District SP Rakshitha K Murthy reviewed the arrangements for receiving nominations at a conference held on Thursday.
To ensure security, several check points have been set up before candidates can reach the integrated district collectorate complex. Each candidate is allowed to be accompanied by only five leaders to the Returning Officer’s office. A biometric system has been implemented to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the complex.
The programme was attended by Additional Collector S Tirupati Rao, DSP Anand Reddy, Wanaparthy CI Maheswara Rao, and other staff and police officials.
