The President of Jangaon District Congress Committee (DCC) and former MLA, Kommuri Prathap Reddy, criticized Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) for not being trustworthy. Reddy expressed his disapproval during a media interaction in Jangaon on Tuesday.

Reddy specifically mentioned KCR’s claims about the Devadula Lift Irrigation Project and Chita Kodur Reservoir, stating that it was actually the Congress Government that initiated these projects.

Reddy accused KCR of making empty promises and misleading the public. He referred to KCR’s pledge to develop an industrial corridor between Jangaon and Hyderabad, establish a leather park, and a food processing unit, all of which he claimed KCR failed to deliver on.

According to Reddy, KCR is only interested in expanding his own wealth and power, as evidenced by his alleged exploitation of Telangana’s resources. Reddy also questioned the accomplishments of BRS nominee Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, who has won the Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda Graduates Constituency twice.

In conclusion, Reddy appealed to the people to trust him, as a local candidate, and give him their support. The media interaction was attended by several other leaders and activists.
