Chief Minister KCR visited Siricilla on Tuesday and addressed a public meeting. He talked about his strong connection to the region, having visited Siricilla many times in his life and having relatives there.
During his speech, CM KCR praised the development in Siricilla, especially the thriving Upper Manair even during the summer season. He was pleased to see the progress of Upper Maneru.
The Chief Minister also commended MLA KTR for his efforts in helping handloom workers. He congratulated KTR for positively impacting their lives and expressed the desire to shape Siricilla into a city like Solapur, known for its textile industry.
CM KCR also talked about the issue of miscreants burning Batukamma sarees and stated that some people are playing politics with such actions. He assured the people that the government is providing support through initiatives like Kalyan Lakshmi, Shadi Mubarak, and Asara pensions.
Furthermore, CM KCR highlighted Telangana’s contribution to rice production in the country. He mentioned that Telangana ranks first in paddy cultivation and produces three crore tonnes of rice. He announced the decision to provide further support.
Minister KTR expressed his gratitude for CM KCR’s visit and speech. He acknowledged the development witnessed in Siricilla and credited the government’s efforts for the positive changes. Minister KTR emphasized Siricilla’s status as the center of the district, with many educational and medical institutions.
