BJP leader Errabelli Pradeep Rao criticized the BRS government for taking credit for welfare schemes and development programs that were actually funded by the Centre. He, along with Union Minister B L Verma, campaigned in Fort Warangal about the Modi government’s initiatives.
Pradeep Rao accused the KCR government of neglecting the development of the state and obstructing the implementation of welfare schemes by the Centre. He also criticized the local MLA for failing to serve the people. He claimed that people have lost trust in the BRS government and are ready to teach it a lesson. He further alleged that the urban local body has not taken necessary measures to address the problem of waterlogging in the city during rains. Pradeep Rao also criticized the ruling party for not reaching out to people during the peak of the pandemic.
He alleged irregularities in the implementation of welfare schemes and claimed that the majority of beneficiaries are related to ruling party leaders, leaving genuine beneficiaries without assistance. Pradeep Rao explained the welfare and developmental programs initiated by the Modi government and urged people to support BJP in the upcoming elections.
He mentioned that the overwhelming response to the Intintiki BJP program reflects people’s anger towards the ruling BRS government. Several BJP leaders were present during the campaign.
