In Hyderabad, the TSRTC has diverted buses from districts due to the Ganesh procession. The MD of TSRTC, VC Sajjanar, announced that interstate and district buses arriving at MGBS will be diverted after entering the city. The restrictions will be in place from 8 am on September 28 until 8 am the next day.
For those coming from Rajeev Rahadari and NH-7, they will take the JBS-YMCA-Sangeet X Rd-Tornaka Jamai Osmania Flyover Nimboli Adda-Chaderghat route. Those coming from Bangalore will take the Aramgarh X rd-Chandrayan Gutta X Rd-I.S.Sadan-NLG X Rd-Chaderghat route. And for those coming from Mumbai/NH-9, they will take the Godrej Y Junction-Narsapur X Rd-Bowenpally-JBS-YMCA-Sangoet X Rd-Tarnalon Jamai Osmania Flyover-Adikmet-Nimboliadda route.
Additionally, the TSRTC has organized 535 special buses for devotees attending the Ganesh procession and immersion.
