Varalakshmi Tiffins Centre, a popular hotel in Hyderabad, has made headlines recently for being involved in a drug-related incident. The police raided the hotel and discovered drugs worth around Rs. 14 lakh. As a result, the owner of the hotel and three others have been detained by the police. Along with the drugs, the police also seized Rs. 97,500 in cash and five mobile phones.
The main accused in this case is Anuradha, who is a drug peddler. She has been involved in drug trafficking and has been smuggling drugs from Goa to Hyderabad for several years. Anuradha had connections with Prabhakar Reddy, the owner of Varalakshmi Tiffins, and Venkata, the owner of Palleturi Pullatlu. Together, they were selling drugs locally, including cocaine, MDMA, and Ecstasy pills. The police revealed that they used to meet at Mokila to discuss their drug supply operations.
The recent arrest took place during a drug deal in progress. The police are investigating further to uncover more details about this drug network and its activities.
