Palamuru witnesses grand celebrations for Teacher’s Day

Commemorating the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepallyradha Krishnan, Teachers’ Day was celebrated in Palamuru. Schools, colleges, and professional institutions in Mahbubnagar honored teachers and recognized their selfless services to students. Some government schools awarded and felicitated their teachers. Jayaprakash Engineering College in Mahabubnagar held a grand celebration, including floral tributes to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s portrait. Dr. Lingan Gowda, the college’s director, emphasized the importance of teaching moral values along with academic subjects. He urged teachers to use their energy to work for a better future for students. Principal Dr. Sujeevan Kumar highlighted the need for innovative teaching methods to help students understand complex issues. The program was attended by heads of various departments and faculty members.
