In the village of Miryalaguda, there is a farmer family who have achieved something incredible. Bujji Babu and Parvathi, who are illiterate, are extremely happy because all three of their children – Himavathi, Padma, and Ram Krishna – are studying medicine. They believe that education is the key to improving their lives, and their hardworking children have proven them right. In addition to working on their 3-acre land, Bujji Babu and Parvathi also do daily wage labor to support their family and their children’s education.

The children have always been aware of the hard work their parents put in and they studied diligently in order to excel in their studies and gain admission into medical colleges. They are the first medical students from their village and have overcome many obstacles. Bujji Babu and Parvathamma have become role models for other parents in the mandal.

Himavathi has already completed her MBBS from Osmania Medical College and is currently doing her internship at the same college. Padma is in her second year of MBBS at Siddartha Medical College in Vijayawada. Inspired by his sisters, Ramakrishna followed in their footsteps and secured a medical seat at Osmania Medical College this year. He credits his uncle, police inspector Banavath Saida Naik, for encouraging him to achieve this milestone.

The three children are proud of their accomplishments and are happy to see the smiles on their parents’ faces. Their parents have done so much for them, and they are grateful for the opportunity to pursue their dreams in the field of medicine.
