Hyderabad: Congress leader Kunduru Janareddy, a senior leader of the Telangana unit, has made the decision to not participate in the upcoming assembly elections. Instead, he will be supporting his two sons who will be contesting in the elections. Jana Reddy, who has served as a minister for 16 years and been an MLA for seven terms in the united state, will have his elder son Raghuveer Reddy running for the Miryalaguda constituency and his younger son Jayveer Reddy running for the Nagarjunasagar constituency.
On Thursday, Jayveer submitted his application for the assembly seat at the PCC office, while Raghuveer Reddy will do so on Friday.
