Phase-II pre-bid meeting for Mokila layout organized by HMDA

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) will be selling 300 more plots in phase-II of the Mokila layout. This decision comes after the successful e-auction of plots in phase-I. A meeting will be held with potential buyers on Thursday.

During phase-I, 50 plots were sold through e-auction. Interested buyers can participate in the bidding by registering on the MSTC Limited website. The e-auction for phase-II will take place from August 23 to 29, with registration closing on August 21. The starting price for the e-auction will be Rs 25,000 per square yard, with an increment of Rs 1,000 per square yard during bidding. To participate, buyers must pay an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 1 lakh.
