A huge fire broke out at Tapadia Maruthi Infinity Mall in Chandanagar, near the National Highway. The fire spread to the multiplex cinema hall on the 5th floor, and three out of the five screens were completely destroyed.

Fire and Disaster Response Force (DRF) personnel arrived at the scene upon receiving the information. They used four fire engines to bring the fire under control and prevent it from spreading to the 6th and 7th floors. The incident happened around 6 am, luckily, there was no one in the mall at that time.

The exact cause of the fire is still unknown. Tapadia Mall is a recently opened establishment, and not all of the shops are fully operational yet. It is yet to be determined whether the fire was caused by a short circuit or some other reason. The fire has caused significant damage to the property, and Srilingampally Zonal Commissioner Srinivas Reddy is monitoring the situation.
