    Telangana State Tribal and Women and Child Welfare Minister Satyavati Rathod has emphasized the government’s commitment to tribal development and welfare. She highlighted that Telangana leads the nation in distributing Podu land pattas, giving credit to KCR for transforming tribals into farmers. The minister also noted that the increase in tribal reservation by 10 percent has led to more employment opportunities for them.

    On the occasion of World Tribal Day, Minister Satyavati Rathod extended her wishes to the tribals and assured them of the government’s sincere efforts to uplift their backwardness. She mentioned that funds are being allocated to provide basic facilities to the tribals, and their dream of self-governance is being fulfilled by recognizing each Tanda as a Gram Panchayat.

    The minister acknowledged Chief Minister KCR’s role in empowering tribals by granting ownership of forest lands. She highlighted the significant allocation of 4.06 lakh acres to 1.51 lakh poor farmers, which supports their livelihoods.

    Satyavati Rathod emphasized the government’s focus on providing quality education to students through gurukula schools. She also mentioned that special funds have been allocated for the grand organization of the Medaram fair.
