Suspended BJP leader Jitta Balakrishna Reddy criticized the party’s state leadership. He was unhappy about his suspension and questioned why he was suspended. When the party leaders did not respond, he held a press meet and asked 10 questions to the national leadership.
Reddy mentioned that national leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, have accused the state government of corruption, specifically targeting Chief Minister KCR and his family. He questioned why no action has been taken against them and why the investigating agencies have not proven the corruption charges.
Reddy further questioned why the Telangana BJP has not approached the court or investigating agencies regarding their claims about the Kaleshwaram project and Mission Bhagiratha. He also alleged that the party’s top leadership is afraid of being implicated in the MLA purchase case if action is taken against KCR’s daughter, Kavitha.
Reddy demanded an explanation from the central party leadership about why Bandi Sanjay has repeatedly asked for changes in the state and district committees to strengthen the BJP in Telangana.
