    The state Cabinet in Hyderabad is scheduled to meet on Monday and is expected to bring some good news for government and TSRTC employees. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will discuss various topics including a salary hike for TSRTC employees, the formation of the second PRC for government employees, financial benefits for more communities, and a relief package for farmers affected by heavy rains. The agenda will consist of around 50 subjects related to the welfare of different communities and the development of sectors such as handlooms, agriculture, rural and urban development, and women’s welfare.

    The Cabinet will also discuss the losses caused by heavy rains and the impact on the farming sector. They will consider measures to help farmers and make policy decisions to adapt to changing weather conditions. Additionally, the Cabinet will make a key decision on providing more benefits to farmers, such as free fertilizers.

    The employees’ unions have been requesting new pay scales, and the government will make a final decision on the PRC and announce salary increases for RTC employees. The Cabinet will also review the implementation of Dalit Bandhu and the provision of Rs 1 lakh financial assistance to disadvantaged communities and minorities. They will examine steps to ensure that these benefits reach the intended groups quickly.

    Other topics that may come up during the Cabinet meeting include pending projects, funding for ongoing irrigation schemes, and approval of new irrigation schemes in certain districts.
