Congress leader Komatireddy Venkat Reddy said that if the activities of the Congress party are fully disclosed, Chief Minister KCR will vacate Pragati Bhavan today instead of waiting for four months. Telangana Congress leaders met at his residence and made important decisions. It was decided to organize bus yatras and open meetings district wise.
Komatireddy emphasized the need for all Congress leaders to unite and discuss decisions in the Political Affairs Committee (PAC). The bus yatra will be conducted in phases, and large gatherings will be held in the districts. Any minor differences among leaders will be set aside for the greater goal. The PAC meeting will take place on July 23rd, and there will be a women’s declaration in the House on July 30th.
He stressed the importance of a strategic roadmap for all Congress leaders and mentioned that a decision on the bus yatra will be made in the next PAC meeting. Differences of opinion will be resolved through discussion. Komatireddy criticized CM KCR for implementing the Dalit Bandhu scheme only for votes and failing to provide 24-hour electricity in many areas despite releasing a logbook.
He also accused BRS of grabbing lands from the poor and causing troubles for Congress workers. The Congress aims to free the four crore people of Telangana from dictatorial rule. Komatireddy questioned whether KCR has the courage to give the position of Chief Minister to a BC leader instead of his son KTR. He warned that Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav’s disrespectful remarks will not be tolerated.
