A significant development occurred in the Delhi liquor scam case on Tuesday. Magunta Raghav, who is currently in jail for this case, has been granted non-liquor bail by the Delhi High Court. Raghav has been given bail for four weeks due to his poor health. The ED, which previously opposed Raghav’s bail plea, did not object this time. As a result, the High Court granted Raghav conditional bail.
As part of the bail conditions, the High Court has stated that Raghav must cooperate with the authorities during the investigation and appear whenever summoned. He has been instructed to stay within Chennai city, surrender his passport to the court, and refrain from leaving the country. Additionally, Raghav is required to report to the ED every Tuesday and Friday at 4 pm.
