    Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrashekhar Rao, is reportedly assessing the performance of MLAs from his party, BRS, as they prepare for the upcoming elections. According to survey reports, the party needs to work hard in at least 50 seats due to factors like anti-incumbency and internal issues. These seats are mainly located in the districts of Nalgonda, Khammam, Mahbubnagar, and Greater Hyderabad. The party is also facing allegations of corruption and poor implementation of welfare schemes in some areas. Several MLAs, including Vikarabad MLA Metuku Anand and Kodada MLA Mallayya Yadav, are facing criticism from the public due to local factors and group politics. The Congress party and the BJP are expected to give tough competition in certain districts. Party president KCR is reviewing survey reports and ground reports before making a decision on whether to retain the current candidates or replace them.
