    Marikal, July 7: Pumping from the Pampahouse in Teeleru village, Marikal Mandal, Narayanpet district, to Koilsagar began today. On Friday, Deputy Vice Chairman of JDP, Gouni Surekha Reddy, inaugurated the motor and performed the rituals for Krishnaamma. As per the orders of Chief Minister KCR, Minister for Excise Rajender Reddy is sending 315 cubic feet of water daily to Koilsagar, said she.

    In a significant development that brings relief to the people of Marikal Mandal, the pumping of water from the Pampahouse to Koilsagar has commenced. This move comes as a result of the efforts made by Deputy Vice Chairman of JDP, Gouni Surekha Reddy, who inaugurated the motor on Friday. She also performed the necessary rituals for Krishnaamma, marking the beginning of the pumping process.

    The pumping of water to Koilsagar has been made possible due to the instructions given by Chief Minister KCR. Minister for Excise Rajender Reddy has taken up the responsibility of sending 315 cubic feet of water daily to Koilsagar. This initiative aims to ensure a continuous supply of water to the region and address the water scarcity issues faced by the people.

    Koilsagar is a significant reservoir in Narayanpet district and plays a crucial role in meeting the irrigation and drinking water needs of the surrounding areas. However, in recent times, the water levels in the reservoir have been depleting rapidly, causing distress among the local communities.
