A state-owned RTC bus in Hyderabad caught fire near Outer Ring Road (ORR) on Friday. Luckily, all 40 passengers on board managed to escape unharmed. The bus was on its way from Hyderabad to Guntur when a passenger noticed smoke and alerted the driver. The driver immediately stopped the bus and all passengers quickly got off. Firefighters arrived at the scene and were able to put out the fire, although the bus was partially burnt. Preliminary investigation suggests that the fire originated from the air conditioner.
