BRS Working President and Telangana IT and Industry Minister KT Rama Rao announced that the BRS cadre, ministers, MLAs, and other elected representatives will boycott Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Warangal on Saturday. During his visit, Modi will lay the foundation stone for the Rail Coach repair centre and attend a public meeting.

KTR accused the BJP-led Union Government of treating Telangana unfairly by moving the Railway Coach factory to Gujarat instead of establishing it in Telangana as promised in the AP Reorganization Act 2014. He stated that the government has only allocated Rs 550 crore for the coach repair center, which is insufficient. KTR also criticized the Modi government for not fulfilling their promises of establishing a Tribal University and Bayyaram Steel Plant.

KTR also addressed TPCC Chief A Revanth’s repeated criticism of the DHARANI portal. He stated that the government is willing to address any concerns raised by Revanth and offered to present a power point presentation on the maintenance of the DHARANI portal. KTR alleged that Revanth, being an “RSS Man,” is biased towards the BJP and only criticizes BRS.
