Speaking in this context, the Minister highlighted the challenges faced in carrying out the work according to his liking. He emphasized that power employees should not exhibit inappropriate behavior towards consumers in the implementation of regulations. Praising the record of Prabhakar Rao, who has been working in the same institution for 50 years, he stated that he is setting an exemplary standard.
National and international institutions have offered their support, and with the trust of Chief Minister KCR, the government has been transforming power institutions for the past 23 years. At the same time, Raghuma Reddy is running a power institution from his own house and is successfully operating it with immense experience, making it a model for others.
So far, only one power institution has appointed 30 job regulators. As there were no job regulators, the Minister suggested that those who have recently joined the job should be given proper training to handle consumer complaints effectively. Transco & Jenco CMD Devulapalli Prabhakar Rao and others participated in this event organized under the chairmanship of TSPDCL Chairman Raghumareddy.
