The southwest monsoon season, which usually starts on June 1st and lasts until September, has been sluggish this year. After a gap of three weeks, the monsoon finally entered the state, bringing lazy showers. Currently, the state is experiencing normal rainfall of 24.44 cm, as recorded by the meteorological department.
