Solapur: BJP party leader and Chief Minister of Telangana, KCR, stated that the current central government’s policies are hindering the progress of the country, despite claiming to be in power for seven years. Speaking at an open public meeting organized by the BJP party in Siroli village in Solapur district on Tuesday, KCR expressed his gratitude to Balkeek for the warm welcome given to him during the earlier session. He further commented that although independence has been achieved, the country is still struggling to progress and it is time for another fight for independence to ensure the development of the nation.

KCR questioned the government’s focus and asked why the country is not moving forward with a clear objective. He criticized the central government for being the cause of electricity problems in the country. He also highlighted the power issues in India, stating that while there are many forests in the country, why are there electricity problems in many regions? KCR mentioned that thermal power plants are causing pollution and affecting electricity production.

The chief minister stated that it is the central government’s responsibility to provide electricity to both small villages and big cities in the country. He questioned why Maharashtra, which is considered a treasure trove, is facing power shortages. KCR emphasized that Telangana has implemented various development programs for the welfare of farmers. He mentioned that the state has launched several schemes to address the issues faced by farmers.

He further questioned the center and state governments’ ability to provide water to every corner if they have the power. He expressed the need for a new water management system in the country.
