    Sangareddy, June 21 (Namaste Telangana): Sangareddy district is progressing rapidly. Chief Minister KCR is paying special attention to the development of this region which is known for its agriculture. The district is receiving financial assistance. As a result, development works are being carried out. With the participation of the urban development department near Patancheru, along with the Narayankhed constituency in the Narsimhakal, several towns are progressing. Recently, CM KCR released Rs. 250 crore for 19 municipalities in the district. They have approved funds of Rs. 20 lakhs for each panchayat. They are also constructing Godavari canals to irrigate the district to ensure agricultural development. With an amount of Rs. 4,427 crore, Sangameshwar and Basaveshwar lift irrigation projects are being implemented. CM KCR has provided medical college seats to the deserving students who have longed for a medical college in the district. He has also approved a nursing college for the district.

    Joy with Double Bedroom Houses

    The state government has sanctioned a large number of double-bedroom houses to the Sangareddy district. CM KCR inaugurated the double-bedroom houses constructed in Kolluru as part of it on Thursday. The government has constructed it on an area of 145 acres. With 117 blocks, they have built 15,660 double-bedroom houses at a cost of Rs. 1,432 crore. In addition to this, they have sanctioned 5,920 double-bedroom houses with an amount of Rs. 338.11 crore for the district. Until now, they have completed 3,498 houses with an amount of Rs. 210 crore. They have also constructed 22 godowns with an amount of Rs. 42 crore and released Rs. 25.78 crore for the development of market yards.

    Progress in Employment

    The TRS government has created 2,572 jobs in the Sangareddy district. Out of these, 88 mega jobs have been provided with a budget of Rs. 13,305 crore. With a budget of Rs. 6,323 crore, they have created 157 heavy jobs and with a budget of Rs. 3,938 crore, they have created 177 medium-level jobs. They have also provided 1,085 small jobs with a budget of Rs. 4,065 crore and 1,065 small and micro-level jobs with a budget of Rs. 548 crore. Through these employment opportunities, a total of 1,88,191 people have gained employment and livelihood opportunities. Along with Nizamabad, the government has provided employment to many people through various schemes in different regions.

    Major Investments in Education and Healthcare

    CM KCR is making significant investments in the field of education and healthcare in the Sangareddy district. As per his promise, he has sanctioned funds for the establishment of a medical college with 150 MBBS seats. Recently, Minister Harish Rao laid the foundation stone for the nursing college in Sangareddy with a budget of Rs. 50 crore. The government has also established a pediatric hospital, maternity and child health centers, and T-Diagnostic hub in various parts of Sangareddy district. In addition to this, they have set up a super-specialty pharmacy with an amount of Rs. 37 crore. CM KCR will inaugurate the construction of a super-specialty hospital with 200 beds in Patancheru on Thursday. They have also started dialysis services in Sadashivpet, Jogipet, Narayankhed, and other places. The government has established 19 primary health centers and 173 sub-centers in these areas.
