    Hyderabad, June 21 (Namaste Telangana): Telangana Chief Minister KCR condoled the demise of Acharya Kotapalli Jayashankar, an agriculturalist and a stalwart in the Telangana movement. KCR remembered Acharya Jayashankar’s contribution to the state’s development during a function held on Wednesday. He praised Acharya Jayashankar for dedicating his life to the welfare of the people and for his vision towards the progress of the state. He said that Acharya Jayashankar’s dream of a prosperous Telangana is being realized in the form of the Telangana Formation Day celebrations, and expressed his pride in this achievement. KCR also expressed his concern over Acharya Jayashankar’s ill health and wished for his speedy recovery. He said that the government is working towards fulfilling the aspirations of the people of Telangana and taking the state forward.

    Professor Jayashankar felicitated in the Assembly hall

    On Wednesday, Professor Kotapalli Jayashankar was felicitated by Shasana Mandal Chairman Gutta Sukhender Reddy in the Assembly Committee Hall. Speaking on the occasion, KCR informed that Professor Jayashankar has secured the number one position in the state as well as in the country in terms of his contribution to agriculture. He said that Telangana has achieved the first position in the field of agriculture in the country and has become a role model in various sectors. He also mentioned about the special puja conducted at Bangaru Maisamma Temple in the Shasan Sabha premises during the Decennial Celebrations as part of the spiritual festival. During these events, Shasana Mandal Vice Chairman MS Prabhakar Rao and others were also present.

    Guru Anjayya instilled inspiration among the people: KCR

    CM KCR stated that poet Guru Anjayya, who has inspired the people with his powerful songs, has instilled a sense of enthusiasm among the people of Telangana. On Wednesday, KCR remembered Guru Anjayya’s contribution during a function held in his honor. He said that Guru Anjayya has become a symbol of Telangana’s existence and has contributed to various fields as an embodiment of culture. He mentioned that Guru Anjayya has brought the cultural heritage of Telangana to the forefront through several songs and has taken the people towards progress in different sectors. He expressed his gratitude to Guru Anjayya for fulfilling the aspirations of the people and for achieving growth in all fields, making Telangana an ideal state in the country. He pledged to further advance the progress of Telangana with the same enthusiasm.

    Jayashankar felicitated at Telangana Bhavan

    MP Vadde Ravi Chandra stated that Professor Jayashankar, who has made Telangana’s necessity known not only in the state but also in the country and abroad, is an eminent personality. On Wednesday, Professor Jayashankar was felicitated at Telangana Bhavan by offering flowers to his statue. His services were recognized and appreciated by KCR. Professor Jayashankar was honored with the Telangana Tagline, water resources, funds, and appointments. During this program, V Prakash, Chairman of Telangana Jal Vanarula Abhivriddhi Sanstha, former MLAs M Srinivas Reddy, Balasani Lakshminarayana, and BRS Nayakulu were also present.
