    A young man named Sumeet Gupta was found dead in a car in Delhi’s Civil Lines area. He was 21 years old and lived in Brahm Puri. The police were called around 10.10am on Friday by a 42-year-old man named Devender Kumar, who saw the car parked in front of the hospital and noticed foam coming out of the young man’s mouth. When the police arrived, they found the young man unconscious inside a Wagon-R car. They broke the rear glass of the car to get him out and took him to Sant Parmanand Hospital, but the doctors declared him dead when they arrived.

    The police have started investigating under section 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
