The Telangana State Haj Committee has given important instructions to Haj pilgrims about booking flights and reporting procedures. City and district pilgrims must go to the booking counter of the Haj Committee of India between 10 am and 5 pm to confirm their flight allotments. Pilgrims should report to the airport 48 hours before their scheduled flight’s departure date. District pilgrims must deposit their luggage at the designated gate entry counters before going to Counter no. 3 for flight bookings conducted by the Haj Committee of India, Mumbai.
The Chairman of the TS Haj Committee, Mohammed Saleem, said that pilgrims must go to the Passport Distribution Counter at least 8 hours before departure to collect their passports, ID cards, and other necessary items. Pilgrims should then go to Counter no. 5 for luggage screening and boarding passes. After checking in their luggage, they should immediately wear Ahram at the ground floor of the Masjid and go to Counter no. 8 in the main departure hall. Women pilgrims have separate arrangements for wearing Ahram on the 2nd floor of Haj House Masjid.
Buses will depart for GMR Airport, Shamshabad, Hyderabad, four hours before departure. City pilgrims can directly proceed to the Haj Committee of India counter without depositing their luggage and report for flight bookings from Counter no. 3 to Counter no. 8, as per the provided information.
