The founder president of MRPS, Mandakrishna Madiga, spoke to the media in Tungaturthi on Saturday. He demanded that Thungathurthy MLA Gadari Kishore apologize for his disrespectful comments towards MRPS leaders. Madiga said that protests against corruption in Dalit Bandhu were organized in this constituency as part of the state-wide protests given by MRPS. He also noted that political parties often have ideological conflicts and disagreements, but those in positions of responsibility should respond to criticism appropriately. Madiga believes that Gadari Kishore’s comments were deliberate and proof of his arrogance. He also expressed concern about the criminal and factional political culture in Tungaturthi constituency. He warned that attacking those who raise questions can lead to anarchy.
