Bystanders failed to report a murder in Delhi. A woman named Sakshi was brutally attacked and killed by a man named Sahil. The bystanders present did not call the police. It was a police informer who alerted the authorities 25 minutes after the crime took place. Although the CCTV footage showed that the crime happened at 8:45 pm, the police were only informed at 9:35 pm. Sahil had planned the murder for several days and had purchased the knife 15 days prior. He also turned off his phone and fled to avoid being caught by the police. Another CCTV footage showed Sahil talking to a friend at the same location just before Sakshi arrived.
