    The Girl Empowerment Mission in Ramagundam took part in a cleanliness campaign called Swachhta Pakhwada. They went on a morning walk in the NTPC township with placards and slogans to encourage good hygiene and cleanliness. After the walk, they planted trees with the Deepthi Mahila Samithi organization. Usha Kumar, the president of DMS, said that GEM helps girls understand their responsibility to the environment and encourages healthy habits. They also had a placard-making session to encourage creativity. The goal is for the girls to contribute to a safe and secure future.
