    BJP leaders held a press conference in Rangareddy to talk about the issues faced by the Lakshmidevi Palli reservoir residents. They accused Chief Minister KCR of not addressing the water issue and betraying the people. The BJP leaders also criticized the Congress party for not distributing river water fairly to the undivided Mahbubnagar district. They plan to launch an action plan to address the concerns of Lakshmidevi Palli and fight for the rights of the people.

    The BJP leaders accused KCR of neglecting the district and not fulfilling his promises during his tenure as Chief Minister. They raised questions about his inaction concerning the long-pending Lakshmidevi Palli project, which has been unresolved for over nine years. They also expressed concerns over disputes surrounding other reservoirs.

    The BJP leaders criticized the current government for its incompetence and lack of transparency in providing accurate information to the public. They questioned the government’s ability to secure national status for projects and demanded clarity on the potential fine of 900 crore rupees for issuing a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for drinking water instead of irrigation.
