    Mumbai Indians beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 14 runs in the IPL 2023 match at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium. Cameron Green scored a half-century to help Mumbai Indians post a challenging 192 for 5 after being asked to bat. Sunrisers Hyderabad kept losing wickets at regular intervals and were bowled out for 178 in 19.5 overs. Arjun Tendulkar bowled brilliantly and claimed his maiden IPL wicket, getting rid of Bhuvneshwar Kumar as SRH needed 20 off the last over to win.

    Rajasthan Royals maintain their position at the top of the standings in the IPL points table. Faf du Plessis holds the orange cap with 259 runs in 5 matches, followed by Venkatesh Iyer with 234 runs in 5 matches and Shikhar Dhawan with 233 runs in 4 matches. Yuzvendra Chahal of Rajasthan Royals leads the purple cap list for most wickets with 11 in 5 matches, followed by Mark Wood of Lucknow Super Giants with 11 wickets in 4 matches and Rashid Khan of Gujarat Titans with 11 wickets in 5 matches.
