    On Tuesday night, a 26-year-old man named Akash Singh was shot dead by unknown assailants in Tappachabutra, Hyderabad. Akash had gone to the Toopkhana area to settle an ongoing dispute when he was attacked and killed. The police suspect that a man named Kranthi, with whom Akash had some disputes, may have been involved in the attack. Akash had previously been arrested for attempted murder and was out on bail at the time of his death. The police have formed special teams to investigate the case and apprehend the suspects.

    In another incident on the same night, a man named Sai Kumar reportedly murdered his own father, N Venkatesh, following an argument at their home in Kargil Nagar Kulsumpura police station limits. Venkatesh had come home drunk and began quarrelling with his family. In a fit of rage, Sai Kumar strangled him to death using a towel. The police have taken Sai Kumar into custody and are conducting an investigation into the case.
