Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has accused the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) of bringing all corrupt individuals into one political party. Speaking during a confidence motion in the Delhi Assembly, Kejriwal claimed that the BJP has repeatedly attacked democracy in India. He added that once BJP members are jailed after their tenure ends, the country will be free of corruption. Kejriwal also stated that his MLAs have been threatened with raids and bribes, but they have remained steadfast. He praised the positive message for democracy that has emerged from the Delhi Assembly. Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his recent comments about corruption, pointing out that parties such as the JD(U) and Shiv Sena were once BJP allies and are now deemed corrupt.
