During a recent press conference, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi spoke out against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and addressed his disqualification as a Member of Parliament. Despite this, Gandhi remained defiant and refused to apologize for comments he made while in London. He stated, “I am no Savarkar, I am Rahul Gandhi and I will continue to fight.”

Gandhi went on to accuse the Prime Minister of disqualifying him out of fear of his next speech, claiming that he had seen fear in Modi’s eyes. He also denied the BJP’s accusations that he had requested foreign intervention in India’s domestic affairs. Instead, he clarified that he had only requested a response to accusations made against him in Parliament.

Gandhi asserted that he will continue to fight for the truth and defend democracy in India, even if he is disqualified or imprisoned. He confidently asked, “Do I look worried? I’m excited.”

Overall, Gandhi’s press conference was a bold statement of his commitment to speaking out against injustice and defending democratic values in India. Despite facing disqualification and opposition from the ruling party, he remains determined to fight for what he believes in.
