The auction process for the sale of plots in Dhatri township under the TSIIC (Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation) has begun at the conference hall in the integrated district office complex in Nizamabad. The second phase auction process started on Thursday and will continue for two more consecutive days on Friday and Saturday. The auction includes the sale of 150 plots, and the public is invited to participate in the bidding process.
District Collector Rajevgandhi Hanumanthu has appealed to the bidders to take advantage of this opportunity as the government has reduced the price from Rs 8,000 to Rs 6,000 per square yard. He stated that these plots are suitable for future investments and that a help desk has been set up to clear any doubts bidders may have. Additionally, a special counter has been made available for taking bank DDs.
The first phase of Dhatri Township was established by the government at Mallaram, near Nizamabad, with all facilities. An open auction was held for the sale of 80 plots during the last two months. Collector RG Hanumanth stated that the district administration has made strict arrangements to avoid any mistakes during this auction process. Separate counters have been set up in the complex of integrated district offices to ensure transparency.
The Collector also emphasized that the auction process is open to all, including the poor middle class people, and that they should take advantage of this opportunity by accepting DDs from bidders for the price of Rs 10,000 and applying for tokens. Token holders are allowed to enter the meeting hall where the auction is held and can do so on all three days of the auction. Overall, this auction process is expected to be transparent and provide a fair opportunity for all interested bidders.
