Nizamabad: State Assembly Speaker Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy on Sunday said that Shivaji was the sign of South Indian product of cultivating micro-organisms and existence.
On the time of a particular event of Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti, Pocharam participated and garlanded Shivaji’s idol at Govuru settlement in Mosra mandal.
He said that Shivaji worked to shield from danger the rights of the of South India. Muslim soldiers also fought in Shivaji’s ground forces and worked not yielding to pressure to set up the Maratha monarchy. Pocharam said that Shivaji was the initial laic male monarch.
He said that Shivaji should not be seen as a individual of any peculiar religion but should be respected as a male monarch who wanted global brotherhood. He asked to succeed Shivaji’s illustration and oeuvre for the social welfare of average or ordinary or usual .
